At 6 years old I wanted to be a “fly-planer” when I grew up. At 12 years old I wanted to be an architect when I grew up. At 16 years old I wanted to be a dentist when I grew up.

How do those all above aspirations meld into a Business Automation Consultant?
I have no idea but if you figure it out please let me know ;). ErinBanner3

So I went to Quinnipiac University and got my Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences. I took my DAT (dental schools version of the SAT), got my letters of recommendation and prepared to apply to dental school.

In the months leading up to graduation, I had an unsettling feeling and knowing that dental school wasn’t the course I was meant to embark on. I realized that for most of my academic career I had tried to fit myself into a box where I didn’t belong. The strain and pressure this box put on me, resulted in a stressed-out, manic version of myself that I didn’t like very much. Several wonderful opportunities, conversations and experiences opened my eyes and gave me the courage to completely change directions.

I landed a full time job as Director of Content & Delivery at Health Coach Institute (previously known as Holistic MBA). I was immersed into the world of holistic health, coaching and internet marketing and I was hooked. I moved to Director of Operations a few months later and began to oversee the entire systematic process for all online and live launches. My role was integral in successfully completing numerous, six to seven figure launches.

Working with entrepreneurs every day sparked my inner entrepreneur and I decided to take the leap!

I became a business automation consultant and it is the most challenging and rewarding experience I have ever had!!

I’m a five foot ball of sass. Some of my nicknames include but are not limited to: ErBear, Little One, Sass ball, Napoleon, Obi-Wan, E, Nugget.

I grew up always wanting to help people and being fascinated by human connection and relationships. I grew up with divorced parents which allowed me to gain a wonderfully insightful view on life. My family situation has taught me how to value and honor those you care about. I have been blessed with the most supportive family, friends and mentors. They are all just freaking awesome!

I am a recently turned personal growth junkie and long time lover of dance and music. I began Irish step dancing at the age of 6 and never stopped. I have become obsessed with jazz and hip-hop since taking an adult class this year! Painting feeds my soul but I don’t make it a big enough priority. I am a Barre3 Method groupie and do it 3-4 times a week. Barre3 along with meditation keeps my mind clear and my soul peaceful. Traveling is in my blood and is a huge passion of mine. I’ve been to: Ireland, England, Italy, Greece and Thailand. In recent years I’ve found a true love for San Diego, San Francisco and Austin.

I love to connect with my clients on a deeper level than just business so I hope this bit of personal insight provided some common ground for us to bond over!!
